Responsible  for customer complaint, customer enquiry on product quality.

Work closely with PQE got 8D and anlysis report. Review with plant on internal 8D and external 8D report.

Working with customer on customer complaint. Understand the problem statement and customer complaint details for analysis purpose.

Work with PQE, Engineering and Production for containment action such as lot limitation and risk assessment base on customer complaint detail.

Review with PQE, Engineering and Production on internal and external 8D report prior to submit to GCQ.

Buyoff internal root cause analysis with simulation result perform internally.

Ensure the effectiveness of corrective action by reviewing periodical the result of CA

Follow up on closure of each corrective action committed.

Support customer requirement regarding product quality related issues.

Ensure all customer complaint are closed within D3C, D5C and complete 8D by target date.

Ensure custoer requirements are met and ensure produt quality meet expectation.

Participate in customer and external audit

Support company's initiative on Sosial Responsibility, TS16949, ISP9001/14001, TQM, Six Sigma, Kaizen and etc.

Requirement:

3 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.

Familiar with quality toold and QA measuring equipment
