Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible on accurate order entry in SAP and customer master setup
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Team on shipping schedule, active coordination with factories and customers
  • Closely monitor and follow up account receivable with credit and sales team
  • Convey shipping details and relevant documents on time for customer declaration
  • Coordinate customer claim internally
  • Managing inventory and replenish them on time
  • Monitoring export activities and ensure on time delivery to Customer

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, Written and Verbal Communication
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
