JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tasks              
    • Implementation and supervision of the quality management system.         
    • Decision making for implementation of technical news in the section of quality management and technical control.  
    • Planning and realization of investment for the section of quality management.        
    • To give instruction for quality-relevant special actions (process accuracy, quality improvement program, defects analyses, etc).       
    • Issue a frame program for training and further education in the section of quality management.       
    • Follow up on all of the actions.            
    • To decide on concession or releasing of parts/products.          
    • Co-ordination on personal decision in the quality section.          
    • To inform the company management on quality-relevant data and actions for quality improvement where  applicable.      
    • Advise all technical  sections in the company in matters pertaining to quality management.       
    • Controlling quality assurance activities in all quality relevant departments.        
    • To train and update staff on any Quality improvement activities.          
    • Pillar leader for Quality Control in World Class Manufacturing         
    • Has got the authority to inform himself about all quality problems without gap.        
    • Right of co-determination in all quality-relevant matters in quality department.        
  • Planning and Implementation of action for quality management in series production.       
    • Advise Pre-Production, Assembly Operations, and EAP in project meetings, especially in Concept
    • Release Project Assessment meeting.      
    • Planning of product and system audits.           
    • Provide notifications for first deliveries.            
    • Provide and follow up on concessions.           
    • Follow up on calibration for customer gauges.           
    • Permanent evaluations of results from product audit and follow up on action for improvement.       
    • Planning & providing test equipment for product audit.          
    • Carrying out of trouble-shooting.            
    • Quality complaints for parts from other AL plants.          
  • Handling of customer complaints in quality problems.           
    • Tracking of all customer complaints and field claims           
    • Investigation and comments for 0-km & field defects.           
    • Follow up on quality improvement and action with datelines.          
  • Training and support for auditors            
  • Implement and maintain quality system            
    • Quality Management Representative, Co-ordinate and maintain Quality Management System and quality related documentations like quality procedures in Quality Manual.
    • Initiate and follow up on Management Review meeting.           
  • Improve and promote quality awareness and responsibility in individual employee.
