JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To act on behalf of the company as public relation. legal and General Matter.

  • Administer the company's personnel policies and procedures.

  • Recruit executive and non-executive staff for the company to meet their operating requirements.

  • Administer the company's salary administration system.

  • Advise management on appropriate community salary levels and benefits practices.

  • Counsel and advise employees on welfare, career aspirations and personnel development plans.

  • Supervise the safe, retrieval and updating at company personnel files and records.

  • Administer the provisions of the company's salaries and employee benefits policies.

  • Prepare statistical relating to human resources management planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and analysis.

  • Identify and analyse all training needs for all employees include staff and workers.

  • Design, conduct and evaluate required training program content, module, and training effectiveness.

  • Supervising, mentoring, coaching, and counselling overall organization when any improvement is required.

  • Set up, plan, and implement safety and health activities.

  • Set up, plan, and implement human resources performance evaluation system.

  • Administer and implement CSR activities with external organization.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least Bachelor/Associate Degree in any related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years in HR related experience.

  • Must have full proficiency in English and Japanese (N2 and above).

  • Have a good knowledge in Manufacturing Management and Malaysian Labour Law.

  • Know how to negotiate for optimum results.

  • Able to achieve short term and long-term goals.

  • Able to facilitate people management and development.

  • Know how to prepare and interpret the financial reports.

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methodology.
