JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Develops and maintains a human resources system to meet management needs.
  • Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
  • Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team.
  • Depending upon the needs of the organization, such responsibilities may be carried out by the finance department, public relations, and/or administration.
  • Preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
  • Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Liaison between administrative personnel and senior management for communicating needs and concerns.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • To monitor and support accounts, human resourse and admin officer on the daily route activities.
  • Overseeing / checking accuracy Payroll process.
  • Controlling incoming payment, cash flow and expenditure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma holder or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Japanese, English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and Manufacturing/Factory.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge in accounting will be an advantage.
