JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Process documents and update database

Collaborates with the HR team on training needs and opportunities for the expansion of talent development within the organization.

Anaylze data and recommending solutions to utilize the system to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.

Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use the technology for online and professional development.

Analyzes reporting data and recommends strategic direction to HR, technical managers

Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up course programs

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issue
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum degree in any field

Minimum 1 year experience in human resources field

Able to speak fluent English and Japanese (JLPT N2)
