JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ticket handling (Open tickets as 1st contact, assign tickets to 2nd level support)   
  • Client trouble shooting
  • PC setup by remote operation
  • PC/iPhone repair arrangement
  • Administration of Active Role Server for User account, Group and Distribution List.
  • Remote Access Support 
  • Multi-Functional Printer operation by remote.
  • Resource management in Outlook
  • Skype client support.
  • Software assignment by MECM.
  • File Access Management
  • File Restoration Service
  • Customer Portal support
  • Log on issue support on several systems(SAP, SuccessFactor, etc.)
  • General client support (Windows10 / Office 365)
  • Mobile integration support
  • User manual creation and maintenance
  • Support the creation of IT operational manual 
  • IT asset management
  • Data/report creation support for IT report
  • Support GTS Japan members for global/regional IT project implementation
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • College/university education in information technology, business informatics or comparable. 
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Japanese (N1 or N2) and English as well as good interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work well in a team-based environment.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with 1st level support for Japanese companies.
