JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for planning & implementation of company's customer centric objectives.
  • Construct strategies and tactics to ensure customer satisfaction on the products.
  • Responsible for the company's Operation including Department Budget, Technical, Spare Parts and Customer Service and further ensure profitability of Service Operations.
  • Recruit, supervise, motivate, mentor & ensure correct governance framework that defines roles and responsibilities of service technician, technical support, spare parts and customer service personnel’s.
  • To plan and prepare yearly budget and scorecard for department.
  • Update the management about the service operations, profits, customer feedback, and prospects.
  • Review parts requirement, sourcing and negotiating with vendors.
  • Expand the network for spare part availability in the market with the collaboration with sales team.
  • Continuous communication with MEQ factories on product development and improvement base on market feedback on current product.

  • Good communication with the end users and dealers to ensure correct and immediate feedback.
  • Prepare monthly report on achieved budget service, quality issues and customer feedback on quality of service.
  • To create performance development plans and identify training needs for the technicians in the department.
  • Manage and lead commissioning projects; coordinates and directs a team of technicians and/or installing contractors; performs prestart-up inspections and completes turnover of equipment to owner
  • Visit and attend commissioning of projects. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering/Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in a Management/Leadership role in Service/Air Conditioning capacity.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience air conditioning industry.
  • Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills.
  • Required skill(s): business plan development, customer service care, product installation, employee performance management, retail business management, Leadership and Mentoring.
  • Required language(s):English & Mandarin.
