- Investigating, analyzing and preparing countermeasures for customer complaints.
- Preparing, verifying and executing 8D defect report on customer complaints.
- Compiling, preparing and coordinating the monthly quality report i.e 0km/Field defects.
- Investigation and reporting on special assignment on time as required.
- Preparing of inspection standard/agreement on new product as per customer requirement.
- Coordinating and liaison with customer quality department on application of limit/border samples.
- Liase with customer on quality related issues via fax, phones, electronic mails or visit customer if necessary.
- To act on behalf of superior on customer complaint in the absence of superior.
- Diploma or Degree in any engineering field with at least two years or more of working experience in related field.
