JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and marketing of high-end residences to potential buyers through various sales and marketing channels across the region
- Develop and maintain a strong relationships with customers, real estate agencies and business partners
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of high-end residences, market needs, property trends and competition
- Strong determination of achieving individual, departmental and organizational sales targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of sales or business development B2C experience in property, real estate industry
- Property sales experience in handling overseas clients and high-end property is an added advatage.
- Good command of Japanese and English
- Willing to travel to Japan
- Excellent communication skills
