JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote Japan travel to local Malaysians
- Conduct market research and collect data about Japan tourism
- Respond to emails and phones calls
- Interpretation and translation of varios documents
- Update website and social media
- Liaise with travel agencies and local governments
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to speak fluent Japanese, English and Mandarin. Minimum JLPT N2 level is required
- At least 1 year experience in related field (tourism & travel)
- Customer service oriented
