JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide rapid, high quality and validated response/support to all HR related queries and requests.

  • Take ownership for queries and be responsible for case opening and closing (end to end) and provide the first and final point of contact for the customer.

  • Maintain Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) HR data changes and actions effective on 1 associate and/or position/Org Unit via SAP HR system.

  • Perform payroll data changes on single associates.

  • Perform mass changes in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) HR data using predefined templates.

  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) audits and make recommendations for improvements in processes and training.

  • Guide and become the second reference point for Hire To Retire Specialists for P&O processes and SAP related queries.

  • Review and design improved work instructions based on QA findings. Contribute articles, maintain and sustain Knowledge Base for countries in scope.

  • Take ownership for end-end query/service management through the CRM to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Be the SME of SAP HR (HR CORE) and Payroll Vendor system.

  • Play an active role in P&O initiatives and ownership of individual assigned tasks.

  • Escalates requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate escalation point of contact (i.e. vendor / Senior Expert/ Manager / Senior Manager).

  • Ensure compliance in line with Data Privacy and Protection guidelines and other relevant legal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR or any other Business subject area.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations services in a Shared Serviced environment. Have experience and knowledge in Data Management and Korean HR Service Delivery system.

  • This role requires having SAP HR experience. Knowledge on Workday HCM is an added advantage.

  • Proficient in Korean and English language (spoken and written) as this role will require to support our business counterparts in the South Korean region.

  • Able to optimize customer value by co-creating and developing compelling customer focused solutions.

  • Possess good problem solving skills, able problem solved and good stakeholder management.
