JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with clients and internal stakeholders to map strategic business goals.

Understand requirements and provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies, with specific focus on Google’s App advertising / analytics solutions (App Conversion Tracking, App Remarketing (Including the API), and Firebase implementation / analytics.

This is to power app promotion campaigns as well as implementation support for deep-linking using android app links and universal links.

Good communication skill.

Provide customer service support with exceptional customer service as well as train, investigate and troubleshoot client along implementation by Hangouts
Troubleshooting for conversion, remarketing, dynamic remarketing, and analytics. -
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SQL, XML and HTTP protocols.

Experience in a customer-facing role as a Technical Consultant, Support, Engineer or Product Manager.

Experience building iOS apps using Objective-C/Swift or Android apps using Java/C++.

Min 2 years of relevant experience as a Technical Consultant or Sales Engineer, with a focus on digital advertising products.

Experience in an online advertising role, and familiarity with the advertisement serving industry and internet technologies.

Demonstrated ability to code with Java or Python, and knowledge of databases with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, management and communication skills, with the ability to absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.

Good communication skills and proficient both in English and Korean.
