Our Client is a well-established Automotive Parts and Precision Metal Components Manufacturer. The organization is hiring for a Senior Process Engineer position, which offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic environment focused on efficiency, quality, and safety.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead metal fabrication and welding process operations encompassing material processing, fabrication methods, and execution of critical joints welding.
Develop, evaluate, and implement process improvements and operating systems to enhance cost efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety
Collaborate with new product design and support new product introduction activities, ensuring smooth integration into production
Lead lean initiatives and conduct internal training to promote a culture of continuous improvement
Support equipment-related activities including specification, procurement, calibration, and maintenance monitoring
Monitor process performance through data collection, analysis, and observation, and implement improvements based on findings
Ensure accurate reporting of operational performance, including KPIs, and support evaluation against production goals and cost targets
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies for metal fabrication and welding processes.
Ability to analyze process data, monitor performance metrics, and implement relevant enhancements.
