JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct necessary legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and regulations and ensure observance of corporate governance
- Provide legal support on business activities of the company
- Review, draft and provide legal opinion on agreements and other documents
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by HOD from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)
- Min 3 to 5 years of working experience in a legal firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel
- Strong communication, analytical, drafting and research skills with pleasant personality and good work ethics
