- Responsible for the overall product quality and safety.
- Ensure all procedures and quality matters are conducted in accordance with the Quality System, FSSC 22000, GMP and HACCP.
- Ensure that all products shipped to the customers are within the specification.
- Handle customer queries/ complaints and any technical issue arise.
- Coordinate corrective action for non-conforming products and report all major non-compliances.
- Coordinate the pest control activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of QA/QC experience in F&B manufacturing plant.
- Knowledgeble in FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP and HALAL.
- Good personality, responsible, self-initiative, can work in team and independently.
