  • Responsible for the day to day planning, execution/implementation of marketing
  • and activities to enhance customers’ experience and maintain good relationship
  • to encourage loyalty & trust.


  • Plan and implement Used Car (UC) marketing related activities to increase
  • footfall to UC department, inclusive of UC sales, and vehicle purchase.
  • Plan and implement ‘Always On’ initiative for UC on digital platform to increase
  • UC awareness.
  • Development of communication materials for Porsche Dealer Websites including
  • daily monitoring.
  • To design and visualize marketing communication materials for both above and
  • below the line communication
  • Daily and weekly budget update/consolidation of Used Car (UC) marketing
  • budget on ‘BrandMaker’ and MPlan budget.
  • Daily monitoring and updating of marketing metrics and marketing KPI dashboard
  • for management reporting
  • Execute department administrative work includes sales and finance related,
  • external parties that is related to marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Contribute UC write ups in departmental newsletter, websites through collected
  • marketing highlights.
  • Managing customers enquiries related to marketing events and campaigns.
  • To assist and support to Marketing, CRM and PR Hands in overall activation
  • programs.
  • Digital assets – Custodian to, Google Business, photoshop/illustrator and
  • other digital platforms assigned.
  • Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working
  • environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirement.


  • Degree with at least 2 years working experience in Marketing/Advertising line or
  • equivalent in the automotive industry or luxury products industry.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Preference with experience in marketing and advertising related fields
  • At least 2 year of experience in digital marketing.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, additional language skill is an
  • added advantage
  • Good written and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Knowledge in basic automotive terms and industries norms
  • Strategic thinking, business focus, good decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Good follow-up and meticulous, with eye for details.
  • Understanding of marketing/advertising flow include commanding designing
  • software and basic knowledge of ATL, BTL and through-the-line communication
  • Good computer and skills, i.e. Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, Adobe
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, SAP and DMS system
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
