JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Product manager for Aqua product in Asia Pacific region, who can execute marketing strategy in order to maximize short and long term sustainability of our brand.
Among 4 key marketing area such as product, price, promotion and place, this role must be familiar with product and place so that we can make customer and dealer convinced with our solution, and we can build suitable channel strategy which is totally different from current consumer electronics business.
Marketing planning with 4P strategy of Aqua product, and Executions along with local marketing and sales in each NSC.
Aqua product training to NSCs, Retailers and Consumers with utilizing demonstration and sales talk.
Distributor development such as water specialists and sanitary shops with working together with NSCs, Market Survey/ Research to provide analysis on competitors' activities and product positioning information.
Product development, including product concept development, regulation/ legal check with technical department, package artwork development, operation instruction checking, product certification collaborating with 3rd party.
Development of Marketing materials (Digital and Actual) with collaborating with Marcom in PAPMAP and Japan (Global Web contents/ POPs/ Catch copy & Keyword/ Movie/ Word of Mouth).
Expense and budget control and analysis.
Review information of KPIs for Aqua product, Analysis and reporting in monthly PSI meeting.
PSI control of Central Warehouse.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing or equivalent.
Experience in handle product, customer and channel knowledge will be appreciated.
Experience in water/ kitchen/ bath/ sanitary industry is highly preferable. Plus, channel development skill is needed especially.
Candidates with working experience in Japanese company is preferred.
Candidate must be willing to travel both Domestic and International whenever necessary.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
