JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing the execution of e-commerce strategy business plan to achieve sales growth of the Company for both short-term and long-term.
  • Responsible for online revenue and profitability targets.
  • Ownership and management of EDM and Customer Experience including design and aesthetics, content management, navigation, information architecture, performance marketing, maintenance and functionality of the website.
  • Spearhead improvements on content, online experience and increase online conversion.
  • Analyse online sales performance, effectiveness, statistics and metrics with analysis tool such as Google Analytics. Leverage on analytical datasets and customer feedback to identify gaps and offer solutions to optimise the platforms.
  • Implement SEO best practices and strategy for web search; monitor, track and report on SEO performance and trends.
  • Execute digital advertising campaign and liaises with the internal and external parties.
  • Work closely with internal cross functional teams to proactively streamline all aspects of e-commerce processes.
  • Responsible to manage e-commerce partners / accounts in order to achieve the established business plan, while securing profitable and sustainable distribution for each account.
  • Sought opportunity in various e-commerce partners and online selling platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage B2C VIP Programmes.
  • Act as the IT/Marketing liaison for system improvement, program configurations, emerging needs, troubleshooting and reports.
  • Generate fortnightly and monthly reports and provide regular updates to Management.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information System or other business / Technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Marketing, e-Commerce or Product Management roles especially in consumer / FMCG / fast-paced retail industry. Proven track-record in growing and managing digital business is preferred.
  • Strong digital experience and data analysis is a plus.
  • Experience with CMS and strong understanding of the impact on SEO, social media marketing.
  • Capable to manage project budgets, resources planning / management and reporting.
  • Dynamic, creative, result driven and sharp analytical mind with strong business acumen.
  • Possess strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate, influence and form business partnerships and relationships with industry, community and business groups and sectors to position and promote company and products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision.
  • Computer proficiency with ability to use most current computer applications including web-based commerce applications.
