  • Lead the mechanical design team for product and process improvement
  • Lead New Product Enablement / Program Management in establishing checklist towards flawless new product introduction (customer samples build plan) and high-volume manufacturing readiness & industrialization, aligning to factor's product ramp plan to meet customer demand
  • Plan, coordinate and organize the activities of department, set objectives, develop according to action plans
  • Manage internal design reviews and participate in design reviews with customers
  • Provide strategic input for the future of the team's effort, including new product development, as well as continuous process and cost optimization
  • Provide technical leadership to accelerate pace of learning and delivery on young engineers


  • At least 5 years working experience in Semiconductor Equipment Design and Engineering at managerial position
  • Significant hands-on experience and understanding of mechanical design, electrical engineering on Semiconductor Assembly and Test Equipment design and development
  • Strong background in data analysis tools including electrical signal processing to validate and refine reliability test methods is an added advantage
  • Significant practical experience in developing and engineering lead in Semiconductor assembly equipment, Vision inspection, test handler is an added advantage
  • Possess a good leadership, organizing skills, teamwork spirit, positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Demonstrated success in designing new equipment and new processes with strategic and innovative mindset
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines, able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Experience in managing teams of engineers and collaborate cross-functional department with managers in others department
