- Manage and process for daily customer's settlement on billing from online payment .
- Prepare daily and monthly reports to comply with the rules and regulation to HQ.
- Be responsible and able to serve customer over the phone, email and etc to make sure all the return transaction is being solved.
- Work with the Branch manager to improve the work flow and SOP so that the operation is going smoothly to achieve KPI for the branch.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in JB TOWN / CITY SQUARE OFFICE TOWER.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
