Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, business growth, and overall operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Lead and manage department heads and operational teams
Monitor company performance, budgets, and operational KPIs
Drive business expansion, productivity improvements, and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Work closely with the CEO and senior management team on strategic planning and decision-making
Build a strong company culture focused on accountability, performance, and teamwork
Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions proactively
Job Requirements
Proven leadership and management experience in a senior operational role
Highly preferred to have experience in the food industry, FMCG, manufacturing, or related sectors
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
