JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between CEO and internal/external parties. Handling documents, correspondence, records and maintaining an organized filling for smooth data retrieving. Work closely and effectively with CEO with other department to ensure smooth working progress. Support on sales and marketing related matters. Undertaking other special assignments and ad-hoc functions as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field. Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidate to work closely with the CEO from China. Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation. Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Required Skill(s): Problem Solving, Organisation, Paperwork, Filing, Task Completion, Microsoft Office Programs, Client and Supplier Management/Coordination, Multitasking.
