JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Nature: Well-known precision metal parts manufacturing
- Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
- Salary: RM depending on experieces (5 days/week)
- To minitor the plating process according to process control plan and material planning schedule.
- To manage continuous improvement projects.
- To do manpower planning.
- Conduct roll call to disseminate daily production activities and company activities
- Ensure a proper handover/takeover of production operation between the day/night shifts.
- Monitor and manage chemical consumption, packaging material and other consumables.
- Monitor the operators’ performance and motivate the production team to maintain a high level of productivity and quality with minimum equipment/facility downtime.
- Trouble shooting equipment/quality issues with other departments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.
- 3 years experience in plating process.
- Experience in 5S and safety precautious.
- Possesses own trnsport.
