Job Responsibilities
Injection molding machine, dispensing machine, converting die-cut operation and maintenance.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Servo motors and drive systems.
PLC and HMI troubleshooting.
Industrial automation and robotics.
Predictive maintenance techniques.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis.
TPM and Lean Manufacturing principles.
Good project management and planning ability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance or reliability engineering experience in production equipment.
Experience with plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance systems
