Job Descriptions
Provide support through identification and evaluation of key process metrics, verification of specific requirements, risk mitigation activities, and continuous improvement.
Serve as regional liaison for subcontracted manufacturing operations and components (passives, inductors, substrate etc)
Ensure that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and SPC procedures are in compliance to standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO/TS16949.
Support PCB assembly processes, with a focus on surface mount technology (SMT) and related manufacturing techniques.
Manage quality excursions and drive for effective root cause solutions and preventive actions
Job Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Min 10 years relevant experience in supplier quality management including supplier selection, ongoing quality improvement and manufacturing excursion response management.
Experience and knowledge of component suppliers (passive, substrate, inductor, capacitors etc).
Proven experience in PCB assembly, especially surface mount technology (SMT).
Experience in utilization of various problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why and fishbone analyses).
