Perform LED process development
Prepare team for regulatory and certification inspections
Provide trainings and coaching to staff
Support quality team in failure analysis
Analyse and resolve issues arises

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Required language(s): Mandarin, English
Preferably 8 year(s) of working in LED backend process development environment
Experience in a newly setup
Good leadership, both independent and able to drive a team
Open for relocation
