JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist Production Manager in day to day running of production operation.
  • To optimize and improve spray drying technologies and processes.
  • To focus on performance and quality improvements; implement continuous improvement projects, analyse process trends, engage in stream mapping etc.
  • Determine optimal process, critical parameters and exploring new technology.
  • Provide technical expertise in daily processing operations, resolve process issues to improve yield and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and develop impro ed techniques for production; cost reduction, product quality enhancement, addressing non-conformances etc.
  • Transfer products and new technologies; scale up from R&D to production validation runs.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, monitor production quality indicators and initiating improvement methods.
  • Identity and validate new equipment.
  • Maintain and enhance existing system, establish new process system and provide training on work instructions with records.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possesses Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent.
  • At least three years’ experience in food industry, preferably with spray drying knowledge ISO QMS, HACCP, GMP and FSSC.
  • Experienced in project management, process capability and process control.
  • Have strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
