  • Provide idea on mattress category of product and business development's strategy, planning,
    in order to secure a strong position in the market.
  • Conduct research for assigned product / business category through methods such as surveys, polls, focus group and statistical analysis within the market in which seeking to launch a product, ensuring that informed decision on product specifications and line-up for
    the local market can be made.
  • Perform product field testing and evaluation of which product features are in demand and worth selling in the for the local market, ensuring that the company can not only cover its cost for products brought in but also generate a profitable business.
  • Forming long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with product vendors to ensure the
    manufacturer keeping schedule on time and delivery good quality products.
  • Advise the timeline and information accuracy of marketing materials and the setup/development of education materials, in order to facilitate effective sales pitch for
  • Compile and analyse sales and service organisation product feedback by conducting interview,
    survey or focus group to ensure new business meet the market needs.
  • Facilitate relatable departments in terms of product materials, artworks, specification, and
    information to ensure the product launch preparation can be done.
  • Implement and update the processes & procedures of new product launch by coordinating relatable departments’ roles and responsibility in specific timeline to ensure product launch on time.
  • Monitor and compile monthly product performance report which includes sales and organization feedback for assigned category, ensuring products are competitive in generating profit to company.
  • Compile monthly market information report for assigned category by conducting of environmental checks via observation of competitors and industrial trends, ensuring the product strategy is in line with meeting market demands and the actions of competitors.
  • Monitor and audits marketing materials to ensure all information is accurate and consistent
    across all channels.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the mattress industry.
  • Equipped with mattress production knowledge and industrial trends.
  • Strong verbal and written in English (Korean speaking will be an advantage).
  • Strong professional ethics and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
