Job Description:
Plan and control production to meet customer demand and business goals.
Create and manage production schedules and capacity plans.
Make sure production runs on time, at the right cost, and with required quality.
Identify and fix production issues such as delays, bottlenecks, or material shortages.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Engineering.
Ensure materials are available while keeping inventory at a reasonable level.
Support S&OP and management reviews with clear production data.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements.
Lead, train, and develop the production planning team.
Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
10–15 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership, managerial, or Head‑of‑Department role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, ERP/MRP platforms, and S&OP processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex, high‑volume manufacturing environments.
Good working knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
