Our Client is a well-established medical device manufacturing industry precision medical consumables and surgical devices for healthcare facilities worldwide. The organization is hiring for Production Manager, to lead production operations, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to the delivery of quality products that support the healthcare sector.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely delivery and quality-compliant production.
Oversee daily production activities, including cleanroom operations and manufacturing processes.
Manage and optimize plastic injection molding operations through process improvements, mold management, and defect reduction initiatives.
Implement Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S and TPM, to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and effective equipment utilization.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements, including ISO 13485, GMP, and other relevant standards.
Lead, train, and develop production personnel while promoting a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
Preferably with at least 5 years of production management experience in medical device / precision components manufacturing, experience in cleanroom operations would be added advantage.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, 5S as well as Lean Manufacturing methodologies
