JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end precision machining operations covering production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and environmental, health, and safety functions.
Drive key operational performance indicators including productivity, yield, scrap reduction, on-time delivery, cost optimization, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Develop and execute mid- to long-term operational and transformation roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives.
Provide technical leadership in CNC machining, precision turning and milling, tooling design and maintenance, automation, and industrial engineering practices.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives including lean manufacturing, structured problem solving, process capability improvement, and operational digitalization.
Build, develop, and empower leadership teams while strengthening succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Preferably with at least 8 years of experience in Production Management in Precision Machining industry.
Strong technical skills and knowledge in CNC Machineries (i.e. Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak etc.)
Proven track record improving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage production team.
