- Assist Program Manager to coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues to ensure prompt customer resolution.
- Processing customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation.
- Communicates and coordinates fulfillment activities with internal departments; verification of PO, pricing and relative tasks in managing customer sales order and request.
- Assist Program manager to ensure customer satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer requests and sustaining continuous business improvement activities.
- Day to day activities and responsibilities assigned by Program Manager.
- Improve and maintain service quality levels to maximize customer’s satisfaction.
- Ensure customers received are on time and payment collection.
- Ensure that all RFQ response and proposals are complete, accurate, on-time and consistent with the overall account strategy.
- Follow up what the customer requested & escalated.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in customer service , program executive or related experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage
