- General contact person of the delivery operation business of the rep office, organizes the business modules within the DOC and the rep office project team to clarify and benchmark, answers the rep office project team's questions about the DOC, and implements the DOC's support for the rep office's business.
- Build the E2E service system and optimize the process, promote the E2E service digitalization process, and improve the business operation efficiency and quality.
- Build capabilities and platforms, output capability components, support the adaptation and implementation of new business solutions such as transaction flow and small cycle automation solutions in the region, and take responsibility for the operation results to improve personnel capabilities.
- Business satisfaction owner of the rep office, organizes the business modules of the DOC to support and deliver the project delivery of the rep office, and is responsible for the quality of the project delivery output of the rep office.
- Develop the organizational system and process for each business flow.
- Promote the digital implementation of work in each business flow, including data governance, automation, and SRE capabilities.
- Be responsible for the process and result indicators of delivery operation business flow, internal control results of the business flow, and frontline satisfaction.
- Business flow personnel planning, recruitment, and resource management
- Training of delivery operation business flow personnel, capability building, and efficiency improvement
- At least 5-8 years working experience in project management in Telco or ICT industry.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- PMP certified is a plus.
