JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements
- Maintain and monitors project schedules, project progress, coordination and resolving issues
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan and schedule changes
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
- Checking of fit-out plan and monitoring progress of implementation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural/Construction or equivalent
- With at least 5 (five) year experience in office construction fit-out/renovation or related work
- Professional license is an advantage but not required
- Must have a project management background & skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage
- Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work
