Our Client is a well-established Manufacturing Company specializing in the production of automotive components, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with global quality standards, supplying to International and Local Vehicle Manufacturers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of QMS and EMS in line with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related standards
Manage certification processes and act as key liaison with auditors, customers, consultants, and authorities
Ensure organization-wide compliance with quality, environmental, regulatory, and customer requirements
Develop, maintain, and control system documentation (manuals, SOPs, work instructions, control plans, records)
Plan and conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and drive closure of audit findings and CAPA
Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving using tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PDCA
Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and customer-specific requirements, including sustainability initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional activities, support NPI and process changes, and conduct training and awareness programs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
Preferably with at least years of QMS experience in Automotive Component Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QS9000, and other relevant Automotive compliances.
Well versed in Quality Tools implementation (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, root cause analysis, audits).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
