JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure products comply with customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards
Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product quality
Investigate customer complaints and quality issues; drive corrective and preventive actions
Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and fishbone diagram
Prepare and maintain quality documents such as control plans, inspection standards, PFMEA, and records
Support new product development including PPAP and customer submissions
Work with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field.
Preferably with at least 3 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment, experience in precision engineering or components manufacturing would be a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and knowledge quality tools (i.e. 8D, 5 Why, PFMEA etc.).
