JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To achieve company quality goal and continuously fulfil customer requirements.

To monitor and identify product or process issues, ensuring effective containment and problem resolution for non-conformances, coordinating with contract manufacturing team, suppliers and onsite co-workers.

To lead problem solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances.

To host customer and 3rd party certification audits and perform internal audits at factory.
-
To identify areas of focus through data driven trending and brings solutions to management.
-
To drive continuous improvement programs to improve factory quality.
-
To manage customer returns and drive factory repair.
-
To participate in supplier evaluation and management and support supplier quality matters.
-
To maintain quality records and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENT

Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Applied Science or Equivalent.

At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry.

Have relevant experience and knowledge in internal and external audits.

Able to implement continuous improvement programs on factory quality and process.

Must be able to multitask, work independently and coordinate with multiple departments effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills via application of statistical tools and techniques.
-
Knowledgeable in Risk Assessment, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) etc.
