- Evaluate surfactant market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of global sales and profitability.
- Realize commercial target by concluding transactions worldwide.
- Dealing with commercial complaints, solving customer/ agents issue.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and needs.
- Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing or its equivalent.
- 5-8 years of sales experience in palm oil/ oleochemical industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
