  • Able to provide front line support for the sales team.
  • Able to provide the administrative support for sales team activities &  development of new business opportunities.
  • Must be able to work accurately with great attention to details so that the process of order goes quickly and efficiently.
  • Must be a good communicator.
  • Must have great initiative to go forward to improve and make the sales team have the first hand information of the what customers current market demand.
  • Update sales team by consolidating, analyzing and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
  • Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats And materials.
  • Liaise with customers on the goods forecast and delivery.
  • Issuing of requisition purchase form / quotation.
  • Monitoring the official purchase order from customers.
  • Monitoring and maintain stock control in order not to over stock the goods an prevent risk of stocks expiry.
  • Confirm the suppliers’ quotation with sales staff.
  • Conduct monthly stock check at the warehouse.
  • Keeping the records of suppliers “RoHS, MSDF,SDS,TDS, etc” and the specification.
  • Making appointments for sales staff.
  • Responsible for duties and functions as stipulated in the Quality Management System and shall:
  • ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of ISO9001;
  • ensure the processes are delivering their intended outputs;
  • report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
  • ensure the promotion of customers focus throughout the organization; and
  • ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
  • Issuing of quotation / requisition form
  • Prepare sales reports for the weekly and monthly activities.
  • Monitor and follow-up customers’ payment due date. 
  • Minimum five (5) years working experience in related field.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Able to work independently. 
  • Minimum a Diploma holder in any field.
