Define, develop and implement marketing plan.
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Worked closely with customers & suppliers to resolve product application and quality issues.
Researches and analyses market trends, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Build strategic relationships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Handling social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing.
Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration,
10 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales
Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
Preferred experience in public relations.
Travelling overseas for work may be required
Able to speak & write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
