JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling of inquiries, orders up to invoicing - coordination of deliveries and returns, handling of consignment stock orders and charging thereof
Price calculations/preparations - coordination of prices within customer group
Preparing and sending quotations
Handling credit notes, bonus, statistics, market and customer analyses
Claims management and coordination with technical and sales manager
Continuous customer data management
Customer correspondence (also in foreign languages including reporting)
Close coordination with the Sales, SCM and Technology Managers on handling and coordinating a variety of situations
Preparation and handling rebates based on the customer contracts
Support in preparation of contract/SLA with cooperation of Finance, Sales, Technical and SCM
Prepare and analysis of various reports relating to AMS & Customers
All additional tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the same industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
