- Responsible to answer queries from customers.
- Conducting customer transaction for example; invoicing, purchase order (PO), prepare quotation,
- Manage import / export documentation/ transaction.
- Responsible to call debtors to ask for payment.
- Responsible to lead time of parts arriving.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Business or Marketing.
Must have 1 - 2 years working experience in similar field..
Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
Possess own transport.
