Company Overview
Handle and respond to sales inquiries received from existing and potential customers. Gather essential information including customer requirements, contact details (telephone, fax, and email address), and promptly coordinate with the respective Sales Personnel for follow-up action.
Address delivery-related inquiries by verifying the relevant information and providing timely responses. Simple and straightforward inquiries may be resolved directly with the customer, while complex matters shall be escalated to the Sales Personnel for further handling.
Receive, document, and manage customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner. Gather all necessary details pertaining to the complaint and relay the information accurately to the Sales Personnel for appropriate resolution and follow-up.
Compile and prepare monthly sales reports, including the Sales Summary for paper bags and the balance of planned deliveries for the respective month. Additional reports shall be prepared as and when required by management.
Prepare and issue Delivery Schedules and Finished Goods Information to customers upon request, ensuring that all data provided is accurate, complete, and aligned with the latest production and logistics updates.
Prepare and distribute Customer Monitoring documents in a timely manner. Follow up diligently with customers to collect completed replies and responses, and compile all received feedback for submission to management.Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time, in support of departmental objectives and overall business operations.
Adhere to and comply with all relevant Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Demonstrate a continuous commitment to workplace safety and actively support all accident prevention initiatives and programmes.
Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator
