This role is responsible for managing customer orders end‑to‑end, coordinating closely with sales and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of order processing, pricing, and customer service activities to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of strategies
Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify new business opportunities and drive sales
Collaborating with the product and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities, and making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies
Representing the company at industry events and networking with key stakeholders to build relationships and generate new leads
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum diploma in any field
2–3 years of experience in sales (indoor/outdoor) / sales coordination / customer service
