Responsibilities
Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Key Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and inquiries, ensuring customer needs are effectively addressed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements. Understand technical specifications and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a related function.
Languages: Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
