JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Increasing the market share and growth in Bintulu, which is identified by the Area Manager. It involves the whole process of marketing, selling and managing the debt of the key accounts.
Sourcing for new business through market research and business development reports
Adopt the company Pro method of managing both business development and account management phases
Create new sales and increase awareness of products through promotions and advertisements
Ensuring timely and efficient customer service
Constantly monitor and review they key customers payment terms
Consult and discuss repayment terms with customers having cash flow problems
Recommend repackaging of customers payment scheme to deliver SDO target
Evaluate the customers contract terms and undertake a review of their requirements based on their business needs
Consistently plan and communicate with customers to add value to their business through training courses or joint safety initiatives that may contribute to top line return
Provide service advise and/or technical selling on product, process and the related equipment to optimise the gas capability and performance delivery leveraging on Gas Application expertise
REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma in Marketing or other discipline qualification.
At least 1 year working experience in sales & marketing environment preferred.
Experience in selling of Industrial products would be an advantage
Proven delivery of sales targets.
Experience and knowledge of industrial product market preferred.
