Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and developers to ensure products are specified in their projects.
Drive branding initiatives and deliver impactful group presentations to position the company as a preferred choice for major institutional and commercial projects.
Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Strengthen and grow brand presence in banking and franchise projects through proactive engagement with key decision-makers and architects.
Monitor specification progress and conversion rates, and actively follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, including client visits, sample tracking, and project updates.
Gather and report market insights to support strategic business decisions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry.
Proven track record in project specifications and sales conversion.
Strong understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and project tracking tools.
