  • Develop market penetration plans and strategies for assigned and new territories.
  • Develop relationship with key and new potential customers.
  • To work closely with all departments to facilitate daily routine activities.
  • Administer pricing requests by customers, according to general guidelines.
  • Monitor market demand, pricing changes and analysis of competitive pricing information.
  • Gather market and competitors’ intelligence (prices, product development, market strategies).
  • Translate guidelines and market dynamics into pricing and market strategies to maximize company profits.
  • Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales targets.
  • Support yearly sales budget planning.
  • Responsible for customers’ payments’ monitoring & collection.
  • Submission of monthly sales & market reports.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management/ Chemistry or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of Industrial Sales experience.
  • Must have experience in B2B and able to assimilate into B2C business model.
  • Having strategic selling skill sets would be an added advantage.
  • Able to responsive to a quick moving working environment with regards to enquiries from external and internal customers.
  • Able to engage and hold a conversation with others.
  • Self-confident, independent and co-operative.
  • Willing to travel.
