- Ensure full implementation and execution of the sales strategy at the branch.
- Lead and manage the Sales team to ensure that planned sales targets are achieved.
- Plan and implement sales activities and road show
- Propose and implement showroom events to attract traffic into the showroom.
- Accountable for the achievement of the sales target and profitability of the Sales department.
- Manage the showroom and ensure the expected standards are compiled to at all times.
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and dealerships standard
- Implement the required Standard Operating Procedures and aim for continuous improvement.
- Minimum Degree in relevant field of studies, preferably with Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and equivalent.
- Proactive, results and target driven.
- Minimum 3 years working experience as Sales Manager or equivalent in the automotive industry.
- Processes excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of the product, industry and its related services.
